Hermes Flagship Store
For anyone visiting Paris the stunning new Hermes flagship store on the Rue de Sevres is a must see! Located on the Left Bank, in a former swimming pool built in 1935, it houses homewares along with a florist shop, a bookshop and a tearoom. A wood and terrazzo staircase leads to the lower level where silks, carpets, wallpapers and furniture are displayed under huge conical structures laminated in wood. The shop was the location for the brand's recent show, with models weaving in and out of these towering structures in the autumn/winter collection of new creative director Christophe Lemaire.
